Reorganising our design department is one of several future-oriented change projects aimed at consolidating our company's position as one of the most modern and advanced glider manufacturers in the world.
In this context, we are looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager/Editor (m/w/d).
You will be the primary, central contact person for the cooperation with national and international authorities for type certification and maintenance of our aircraft and thus represent the link between our design department and the authorities. You will take over the project management for type certification, technical bulletins/ADs, change bulletins, etc., as well as for the related publications. You will support the team in creating and translating manuals, maintain the necessary databases and monitor milestones and budgets.
You have completed training as an engineer, technician or a comparable profession, have already worked successfully in design departments and have a comprehensive technical understanding of the work of design engineers and the related teams. You can read and create drawings, bring experience in digital document management and understand how cooperation with authorities works. You are a team player and enjoy helping the team to work successfully and drive the business forward through project management and monitoring budgets and milestones.
