This item is used to fix the elevator bell crank to the fuselage on almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders.

Screws and washers are provided.

This cable is designed for the front seat of the Arcus, Duo Discus x, and Duo Discus xL equipped with a TOST wheel and a Magura cylinder brake.

The brake cable is 600 mm long, with a diameter of Ø1.5 mm, and is fitted with a 9 mm diameter nipple.

Please note, this cable is not compatible with the first-generation Duo Discus or the Arcus edition 2020, which are equipped, respectively, with master cylinder model 7 / brakes 30-9 and the BZT2 TOST brake system.

The EASA Form one is included.

This 300N gas strut is located in the fuselage. It connects to the airbrake drive shaft in the Duo Discus x and xL.

If the airbrakes become very hard to operate, it may be that this gas strut needs to be replaced.

This fuel tube is use for the Nimbus-4D T, the Duo Discus T, Duo Discus xL T and the Arcus T.

This set contains all the parts required to attach the handle to the connecting rod.
Note: An additional set is required to attach the handle to the canopy frame.

This kit contains all the hardware required for the fixation of the handle to the canopy frame. 

Note: another set is required to fix the handle to the rode.

Tension Spring for the Discus-2 Trim System, Part No.: RZ-123 I

Gasket for the canopy frame of single-seat gliders, sold by the metre.

Please note: some gliders have this gasket on one side only, with a different seal on the other side (the one used for the two-seaters, see recommanded product). Please check your glider carefully before ordering.

This connection fitting is used, sometime, to the Polyflex hose of the classic Duo Discus which are using the Classic wheel from TOST with a Magura cylinder brake.

This support is used on a fuselage side, to fixe the rear headrest. 

It is composed of the headrest holder, the locking plate, the 7.2mm bolt and the part that connect to the fuselage.

 

The tension spring is used for the retraction of the landing gear of all the Discus, Discus-2, Ventus, Ventus-2 and the Nimbus-4.

Protective cover for the main pin made of Supra-Tex. Designed to store and protect the main pin from dirt and damage while the glider is not rigged.

 

These replacement springs are specifically designed for use with the BWS Garagewiper system. Each set is sold as a matched pair for the left and right wiper units.

These springs are not compatible with the classic Flexiwiper model.
