These replacement springs are specifically designed for use with the BWS Garagewiper system. Each set is sold as a matched pair for the left and right wiper units.

Important compatibility note:
These springs are not compatible with the classic Flexiwiper model.

This PVC adhesive tape extra fin (known as Tesa 4104) is used to fixe the profiband and to obtain a clean finish on the control sealing.

This tape is 67 µm thick and it is available in 25 mm. Please refer to the sealing instruction of your glider to order the requiered sealing.

Each roll contains 66 meters of tape.

The 12 mm tape is available in the suggested products.

This tension spring (ref. S-4640) is used in the turbo box of the Arcus T, Arcus T edition 2020, Duo Discus T, and Duo Discus xLT.

This pulley with 626-ZZ bearing is used for the hook release mechanism and for some turbo actuation systems.

This Elesa knurled head screw (M6x16) is used for various functions, including the adjustment mechanism of the headset position.

This indexing plunger without lock is used for the adjustment mechanism of the headset position in all Arcus M models, and for the oxygen bottle mount in the Arcus Edition 2020 and Ventus-3.

This Polyflex brake hose fits the classic Duo Discus equipped with master cylinder model 7 and 30-9 brakes.

This plate is used for the Duo Discus T, Duo Discus xT, Duo Discus xLT, the Arcus T and Arcus T edition 2020.

This tension spring is used to hold the flap handle in the correct position.

It was originally used on the Janus C, Nimbus-3D, and Nimbus-4D, and is located on the rear cockpit wall (back seat).

However, some gliders have been modified and now use a flat spring (Ref. B40-0297) mounted near the spar bridge.

This Master Cylinder Model 7 is used on the older Duo Discus and Nimbus-4D aircraft equipped with 30-9 brakes.

 

This deep groove ball bearing (6804-2RS, 20E1, DIN 625) is 20 mm inner diameter, 32 mm outer dimeter, 7 mm width, with seals on both sides. 

It is used for the rear part of the horizontal tailplane fitting (item B40-0824), serving as a bearing support for the airbrake drive shaft.

This slip joint is used in the exhaust system of the Solo 2625-01i, 2625-01i Neo, 2625-02i and 2625-02i Neo engines, which are installed in the Ventus-3 and the Arcus gliders.

It is the Solo spare part 25 00 850.

The clamp is suitable for hoses with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 7 mm and is used on some gliders for the rudder pedal cable.

This is a galvanized, spring-loaded, self-locking hex nut in M10 size, manufactured to the SSB 003 specification with an FK4 flat design and a 17 mm wrench size.

It is used on the landing gear of nearly all Schempp-Hirth gliders, for the shock absorber and/or the drag strut.

This pin is 84 mm long, conforms to DIN 1434 / ISO 22341, has a small head, and has an eye.

It is used for the aileron bearing of several gliders, including the Discus-2, Ventus-2, Ventus-3, Duo Discus and Arcus. Various types of axles and pins are used for each ailerons, so please make sure to carefully check which ones you need.

This is a 3,2 washer DIN 9021 / ISO 7093-1 galvanized.

This washer is used to adjust the distance between the wing and the fuselage. It is 0.3 mm thick.

They fit an 18 mm wing bolt, including both the front and rear bolts at the wing root of two-seater aircraft.

The washers have an internal diameter of 17.8 mm. They are slightly smaller than the bolt to ensure they stay in place when installed.

A kit containing eight washers with a thickness of 0.5 mm and four washers with a thickness of 0.8 mm is also available.

This brass bushing (13x1.5x6.5 mm) is used on the front elevator mount of the Standard Cirrus.

 

This propeller brake pad is designed for the propellers of the almost all the Ventus-2cM, Ventus-3M, and all Arcus M models.

Some Nimbus-4M and Nimbus-4DM gliders may also be equipped with this system if Technical Note 868-19 has been applied.

This stopper is used for the propellor of the Ventus-3M and the Arcus M edition 2020.

This 2520 Poly Chain GT2 toothed belt is designed for the pylon of the Nimbus-4M and Nimbus-4DM equipped with a Solo engine 2625.

This hose set is designed for use with the Solo 2625 02 and 02i engines in the Arcus M and Arcus M edition 2020 gliders.

This throttle valve sensor mounted (Solo part number 23 00 910) is used in the Solo 2625 01i, Solo 2625 01i Neo and 2625 02i.

 

Optional Spindle Drive Modification for Maintenance & Production according to TN A532-12

Our spindle drive system, responsible for extending and retracting the power plant, is designed with rubber-mounted suspension for optimal vibration isolation. This optional modification increases reliability.

Within the scope of maintenance and manufacture, it is also permissible to replace only the front, fuselage-side suspension (Action 1) or only the rubber mount of the rear, propeller arm-side suspension (Action 2).

• Kit 1: Front Suspension: Integrated within the fuselage
• Kit 2: Rear Suspension: Mounted on the propeller arm

Thesef felt rings measure 20x10 mm and are 3 mm thick. They are designed for 14 C6 bearings.

Please note that a thinner model (L07-0594) is used for 10 C6 bearings.

These brake linings (Tost P/N 080949) are designed for the BZT2 brake assembly installed after 2017 with a thread M10x1. It is not compatible with the model with a thread NPT See drawing.

The BZT2 system is compatible with 5″ and 6″ disc brake wheels from the Penta and Classic series. It is commonly installed on the Ventus-3 and Arcus edition 2020 models.

Please note that different braking systems have been used over time, and several Technical Notices (TN) have been approved. Carefully inspect your brakes before ordering to ensure you select the correct brake pad.

This fiberglass bracket is designed for 7.5 Ah battery holders.

It has a width of 38 mm and fits a 97 mm battery. The shape is straight. 

A similar model (F60-0651) features a bend and is used in several gliders, including the Duo Discus XL and the Arcus. Please check the model installed in your glider carefully before purchasing.
