This 2520 Poly Chain GT2 toothed belt is designed for the pylon of the Nimbus-4M and Nimbus-4DM equipped with a Solo engine 2625.

This high-quality, flexible shrink tubing is used for insulation and protection of cables and connections – including many fuel lines and some electronic components.

Minimum diameter before shrinking: 12.7 mm

Diameter after shrinking: 6.4 mm

It is sold by the meter.

This support is used for the lower rudder of the Arcus M.

This stopper is used for the propellor of the Ventus-3M and the Arcus M edition 2020.

This brass bushing (13x1.5x6.5 mm) is used on the front elevator mount of the Standard Cirrus.

 

This washer is used to adjust the distance between the wing and the fuselage. It is 0.3 mm thick.

They fit an 18 mm wing bolt, including both the front and rear bolts at the wing root of two-seater aircraft.

The washers have an internal diameter of 17.8 mm. They are slightly smaller than the bolt to ensure they stay in place when installed.

A kit containing eight washers with a thickness of 0.5 mm and four washers with a thickness of 0.8 mm is also available.

This is a 3,2 washer DIN 9021 / ISO 7093-1 galvanized.

This pin is 84 mm long, conforms to DIN 1434 / ISO 22341, has a small head, and has an eye.

It is used for the aileron bearing of several gliders, including the Discus-2, Ventus-2, Ventus-3, Duo Discus and Arcus. Various types of axles and pins are used for each ailerons, so please make sure to carefully check which ones you need.

This is a galvanized, spring-loaded, self-locking hex nut in M10 size, manufactured to the SSB 003 specification with an FK4 flat design and a 17 mm wrench size.

It is used on the landing gear of nearly all Schempp-Hirth gliders, for the shock absorber and/or the drag strut.

The clamp is suitable for hoses with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 7 mm and is used on some gliders for the rudder pedal cable.

This slip joint is used in the exhaust system of the Solo 2625-01i, 2625-01i Neo, 2625-02i and 2625-02i Neo engines, which are installed in the Ventus-3 and the Arcus gliders.

It is the Solo spare part 25 00 850.

This deep groove ball bearing (6804-2RS, 20E1, DIN 625) is 20 mm inner diameter, 32 mm outer dimeter, 7 mm width, with seals on both sides. 

It is used for the rear part of the horizontal tailplane fitting (item B40-0824), serving as a bearing support for the airbrake drive shaft.

This Master Cylinder Model 7 is used on the older Duo Discus and Nimbus-4D aircraft equipped with 30-9 brakes.

 

This tension spring is used to hold the flap handle in the correct position.

It was originally used on the Janus C, Nimbus-3D, and Nimbus-4D, and is located on the rear cockpit wall (back seat).

However, some gliders have been modified and now use a flat spring (Ref. B40-0297) mounted near the spar bridge.

This plate is used for the Duo Discus T, Duo Discus xT, Duo Discus xLT, the Arcus T and Arcus T edition 2020.

Starter from Denso for Solo engine 2625.

This system is used for the Ventus-2 and the Discus-2 which are using the 5" Cleveland wheel from TOST and with a “Magura” cylinder brake.

Polyflex-hose is 1004 CK and it is 1080mm.

These eyelet is used for the landing gear doors for all models.

Stainless steel fork head (clevis) with a 4 mm pin diameter and a 16 mm fork width, manufactured in accordance with DIN 71752.

It is used in the fuel actuation system of the Duo Discus T, Duo Discus xT, Duo Discus xLT, Arcus T, Arcus 20 T, Arcus 20 M, and Ventus-3M Neo.

This WK 21 filter is used for the pitot tube in the glider’s nose.

This foil sealing ring has a diameter of 95 mm and is used to cover the handhole cap of the Duo Discus, Arcus, Discus-2b, Discus-2c, Discus b, Discus cs und Ventus-3 and Ventus-3.

This Polyflex brake hose fits the classic Duo Discus equipped with master cylinder model 7 and 30-9 brakes.

The hose length is 600 mm.

Depending on your glider configuration, you may also require two adapters, which can be found under recommended products (references: L07-1346 and L07-0406).

This Trim weight is 3,7 kg and it is used for the Arcus, Duo Discus and Janus.

This indexing plunger without lock is used for the adjustment mechanism of the headset position in all Arcus M models, and for the oxygen bottle mount in the Arcus Edition 2020 and Ventus-3.

This Elesa knurled head screw (M6x16) is used for various functions, including the adjustment mechanism of the headset position.

This pulley with 626-ZZ bearing is used for the hook release mechanism and for some turbo actuation systems.

This pushrod guide ball cage measures 25 × 3 × 20 mm.

The clamp is suitable for hoses with diameters ranging from 12 mm to 18 mm and is used on some gliders for the water ballast system in the wing.

This MPX-PIK male cable (cross-section 2.5 mm², length 30 cm) connects the most of the modern glider’s electrical system to a battery equipped with an MPX female connector.

This galvanized tension spring (type RZ-069) is used for the turbo compartment doors on the Arcus T, Duo Discus T, Discus-2T, Ventus-2cT, Ventus-2cxT and Ventus-3T Performance models.

It is used in the trim system of the Arcus, Duo Discus, Nimbus-4, and Nimbus-4D gliders, in the rear position, with two springs installed per glider.

This tension spring (ref RZ-124) is used in the rudder pedal of the Arcus, Duo Discus, and Nimbus-4D gliders, in the rear position, with two springs installed per glider. It is also used for the doors of the engine box in single seater.

This tension spring (ref. S-4640) is used in the turbo box of the Arcus T, Arcus T edition 2020, Duo Discus T, and Duo Discus xLT.

This bracket is designed for the battery holders installed on the rear side of the front pilot seat, close to the aft pilot’s leg area.

This PVC adhesive tape extra fin (known as Tesa 4104) is used to fixe the profiband and to obtain a clean finish on the control sealing.

This tape is 67 µm thick and it is available in 25 mm. Please refer to the sealing instruction of your glider to order the requiered sealing.

Each roll contains 66 meters of tape.

The 12 mm tape is available in the suggested products.

 

These replacement springs are specifically designed for use with the BWS Garagewiper system. Each set is sold as a matched pair for the left and right wiper units.
