This oval countersunk head screw is used for the seat pan.

It is size M 5 x 16.

These cup washers are used for the bucket seat.

It is size M6 and its dimensions are 13 x 13 x 3 mm.

Tip: For a nicer finish, use these M6 washers with M5 screws (See suggested products).

Roll pin DIN 1481 / ISO 8752 stainless.

They are (mainly) used to in trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL and Nimbus-4DL.

There is two models : On gliders produced after April 2015, you will probably need the 2 x 16 mm model. For the older glider you will need to use the 2x14 mm roll pins. Please have a look in your glider to confirm which models you need.

 

This washer is used with the DZUS-quick fastener pin. It is size 6, its diameter is 12 mm and it is made of plastic.

This handle is made of plastic. It is 75 mm long and its diameter is 25 mm.

It is used for the airbrake handle of almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This bold is 6h11x28 mm, DIN 1434 / ISO 22341 and galvanized.

It is at the level of the pilot stick both front and back in the Duo Discus and the Nimbus-4D. With time, it can get rusty. 

It is sold here with its splint: 1,6 x 16, DIN 94 / ISO 1234 galvanized.

This handle is used for the landing gear grip of all moderne single seaters (except Ventus-3). It is also the flap grip for the first Arcus and for the Ventus b and c. For those two latest,  it must be adapted, by cutting a few centimeters of it.

It is 99 mm long and 24 mm at the largest.

This safety pin (or Fokker pin) is 1,5 mm and it is used to secure the cockpit weight in Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This Elesa knurled head screw (M6x16) is used for various functions, including the adjustment mechanism of the headset position.

The clamp is suitable for hoses with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 7 mm and is used on some gliders for the rudder pedal cable.

This tension spring (ref RZ-124) is used in the rudder pedal of the Arcus, Duo Discus, and Nimbus-4D gliders, in the rear position, with two springs installed per glider. It is also used for the doors of the engine box in single seater.

This spring is used for the trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL, Nimbus-4DL and all the Discus from the Discus a to the Discus-2c.

It is 25mm lage and the legs are 40mm long. The central part is 12,5mm.

Some glider need roll pins. They are not included but they can be baught individaly (see the suggested products). 

This butterfly nut is M10 (DIN 315) and it is used to secure the cockpit weights in all Schempp-Hirth single seaters (except the Ventus-3), the Nimbus, the Janus and some of the first Duo Discus.

This WK 21 filter is used for the pitot tube in the glider’s nose.

Stainless steel fork head (clevis) with a 4 mm pin diameter and a 16 mm fork width, manufactured in accordance with DIN 71752.

It is used in the fuel actuation system of the Duo Discus T, Duo Discus xT, Duo Discus xLT, Arcus T, Arcus 20 T, Arcus 20 M, and Ventus-3M Neo.

This knurled nut M10 DIN 467 is used to secure the cockpit weights of all the Ventus-3, the Arcus and some Duo Discus (xL).

This plate in grey PVC is used as a guide for all single-seater landing gear (except for the Ventus-3).

Its length is 220 x 24 mm and there is no hole. Adjust it to your glider.

This indexing plunger without lock is used for the adjustment mechanism of the headset position in all Arcus M models, and for the oxygen bottle mount in the Arcus Edition 2020 and Ventus-3.

This MPX-PIK male cable (cross-section 2.5 mm², length 30 cm) connects the most of the modern glider’s electrical system to a battery equipped with an MPX female connector.

This gasket is used for the canopy of the Duo Discus and the Arcus.

It is sold by the meter.

These fuses are used for instruments.

They are available in 2, 4 and 6,3 A.

These eyelet is used for the landing gear doors for all models.

This handle for the trim is a format 25 mm, M6. It is made in aluminium and green powdered.

This tension spring is used to maintain the flap handle on the right position. 

On the Janus B and Nimbus-2, it is located near the front seat handle.

Originally, the Janus C, the Nimbus-3D and the Nimbus-4D are using another spring that looks very different (ref B40-2417) and that is located on the back seat cockpit wall. However some gliders have been modified and they are now using this flat spring but near the spar bridge.

This pulley with 626-ZZ bearing is used for the hook release mechanism and for some turbo actuation systems.

This label is made for the original Arcus.

 

This gas strut is 450 N and 178 mm long.

It is used for the foldable instrument panel of Arcus and Duo Discus XL.

This 300 N gas strut is 313 mm long.

It is used for the foldable instr. panel of the Discus-2c FES, Discus b, Ventus c and Ventus-2b.

This label is made for the Ventus-3.

 

This 350 N gas strut is 293 mm long.

It is used for the foldable instrument panel of the Ventus-2c, Ventus-2bx, Discus-2a, Discus-2b and Discus-2c. 

This label is made for Discus-2c

The mounting plate 4 is specifically designed for the winch to be installed near the back seat pilot feet on the left side.

Please look carefully at the picture.

If you prefer to install it on the right side, you will need the mounting plate Nr. 3.

This label is made for the Arcus (Arcus M SN<216 and Arcus T SN<90).

 

These pictograms can be used in Discus-2 and Duo Discus.

This fiberglass bracket is designed for 7.5 Ah battery holders.

It has a width of 38 mm and fits a 97 mm battery. The shape is straight. 

A similar model (F60-0651) features a bend and is used in several gliders, including the Duo Discus XL and the Arcus. Please check the model installed in your glider carefully before purchasing.

The temperature-indicator TF-00-059 is compact and readable. It temperatur captor can easily reach the front ventilation with its 125 cm cable.

This thermometer is mandatory for all the Schempp-Hirth gliders with water ballast.

This tension spring is used to hold the flap handle in the correct position.

It was originally used on the Janus C, Nimbus-3D, and Nimbus-4D, and is located on the rear cockpit wall (back seat).

However, some gliders have been modified and now use a flat spring (Ref. B40-0297) mounted near the spar bridge.

The canopy window rail device including screws. The screws are in metal but as an option, you can order it in plastic.

These rails are made for the Mecaplex canopy. It is the only model currently available, but you may need to customise it a little if you have a Weis canopy.
