This tension spring (ref RZ-124) is used in the rudder pedal of the Arcus, Duo Discus, and Nimbus-4D gliders, in the rear position, with two springs installed per glider. It is also used for the doors of the engine box in single seater.

This pushrod guide ball cage measures 29 × 3 × 20 mm.

This Polyflex brake hose fits the classic Duo Discus equipped with master cylinder model 7 and 30-9 brakes.

The hose length is 600 mm.

Depending on your glider configuration, you may also require two adapters, which can be found under recommended products (references: L07-1346 and L07-0406).

This system is used for the Ventus-2 and the Discus-2 which are using the 5" Cleveland wheel from TOST and with a “Magura” cylinder brake.

It was originally used on the Janus C, Nimbus-3D, and Nimbus-4D, and is located on the rear cockpit wall (back seat).

However, some gliders have been modified and now use a flat spring (Ref. B40-0297) mounted near the spar bridge.

This Master Cylinder Model 7 is used on the older Duo Discus and Nimbus-4D aircraft equipped with 30-9 brakes.

 

This deep groove ball bearing (6804-2RS, 20E1, DIN 625) is 20 mm inner diameter, 32 mm outer dimeter, 7 mm width, with seals on both sides. 

It is used for the rear part of the horizontal tailplane fitting (item B40-0824), serving as a bearing support for the airbrake drive shaft.
