This spring is designed for the airbrakes of all Schempp-Hirth gliders.

The spring is 0.8 mm x 7.8 mm x 30 mm.

Depending on your glider model, each airbrake may require between 9 and 11 of these springs.

Important Note: The exterior springs often differ from this ones. You can find the suitable exterior springs (ref L03-0032) among our suggested products.

 

This safety ring-spring steel, DIN471, size 8 is used to secure the Lindner wingtip wheel axle.

This O-ring  Ø32 x Ø3 is used for the water dump valve of several gliders:

• the Duo Discus x and xL,
• all the Arcus,
• some Discus-2c (the system has been upgraded in 2005),
• the Ventus-2cx and the Ventus-2cxa for the inner wing dump system not the outer wing.

This spring is designed for the airbrakes of all Schempp-Hirth gliders ecxcept the Ventus-3.

The spring is 1 x 10 x 30 mm.

Depending on your glider model, each airbrake may require 2 of these springs.

Important Note: This spring is used on the outside of the airbrakes. The other spring are straight (ref L03-0033). You can find them among our suggested products.

This deep groove ball bearing (6804-2RS, 20E1, DIN 625) is 20 mm inner diameter, 32 mm outer dimeter, 7 mm width, with seals on both sides. 

It is used for the rear part of the horizontal tailplane fitting (item B40-0824), serving as a bearing support for the airbrake drive shaft.

This pin is 40 mm long, conforms to DIN 1434 / ISO 22341, has a small head, and does not have an eye.

It is used for the aileron bearing of several gliders, including the Discus-2, Ventus-2, Ventus-3, all Duo Discus and Arcus. Various types of axles and pins are used for each ailerons, so please make sure to carefully check which ones you need.

This foil sealing ring has a diameter of 95 mm and is used to cover the handhole cap of the Duo Discus, Arcus, Discus-2b, Discus-2c, Discus b, Discus cs und Ventus-3 and Ventus-3.

This pin is 84 mm long, conforms to DIN 1434 / ISO 22341, has a small head, and has an eye.

It is used for the aileron bearing of several gliders, including the Discus-2, Ventus-2, Ventus-3, Duo Discus and Arcus. Various types of axles and pins are used for each ailerons, so please make sure to carefully check which ones you need.

This washer is used to adjust the distance between the wing and the fuselage. It is 0.3 mm thick.

They fit an 18 mm wing bolt, including both the front and rear bolts at the wing root of two-seater aircraft.

The washers have an internal diameter of 17.8 mm. They are slightly smaller than the bolt to ensure they stay in place when installed.

A kit containing eight washers with a thickness of 0.5 mm and four washers with a thickness of 0.8 mm is also available.

This perspex disc is made for Arcus, all Duo Discus, Ventus-3, Discus-2b, -2c, Discus b and cs.

However, some gliders have more than one perspex disc and they can be different. Please look at the diameter and model you need.

Its diameter is 78,3 mm and the central hole is 5 mm.

This rubber ring is Ø80 x Ø10 and it is the tire of the wing wheel Lindner of the Arcus.

These springs are used for the water dump system on the Mini-Nimbus, Duo Discus, Ventus-2c and Ventus 3.

It is 99,5 mm long and the diameter of the coiled is 15 mm. The steel wire diameter is 1,5 mm.

These washers are 14x9,8x0,5 mm.

They are made for the wing bolt that have a 10 mm diameter. This includes the wing extension bolt of all Arcus, all Duo Discus, the Nimbus-3, -3D, -4 and -4D, the Janus, the Discus-b, the Discus-2a and -2b and the Ventus c. It is also the case for the winglet bolt of the Discus, the Standard Cirrus, the Ventus-2a and the Ventus-2b.

These washers internal diameter is 9,8 mm. They are a bit smaller than the pin in order to stay in place when installed.

They are sold in a kit of 4.

This gummi ring is Ø60 x Ø10 and  is the tire of the wing wheel Lindner of the Duo Discus, Discus and the Ventus.

It is sold by the unit.

 

This sealing is made for the Ventus-3 sealing caps.

Its diameter is 26 mm and the sealing is 4,0mm thick.

These springs are uses for the BWS flexiwiper. 

We sell them as a pair to replace the top and bottom springs of one Flexiwiper.

This pair of leg springs is used for the Arcus, Duo Discus xL and Ventus-2cx.

Each spring is 101,5 mm long and 21 mm large.

This perspex disc is made for the Ventus-2a.

Its diameter is 53,5 mm and the central hole is 5 mm.

This spherical bearing is adapted for 18mm diameter pin of the double seaters.

The internal diameter is 18 mm and the part is 32x32x14 mm.
