Kit to secure l'hotellier connector for gliders with manual control hookups.

It cannot be used for the wing extension.

It is sold by the unit and the EASA Form 1 is included. 

These washers are used to adapt the distance of the wing to the fuselage. The kit contains eight 0,5 mm thick washers and four 0,8 mm thick washers.

They fit a 18 mm wing bolt. That includes the front and back bolts at the wing root of the double seaters.

These washers internal diameter is 17,8 mm. They are a bit smaller than the pin in order to stay in place when installed.

 

These hinges are used to fix the landing gear door of the Arcus, Nimbus-4 and Duo Discus.

The countersunk screws (fuselage side) and countersunk-head rivet and their washers (door side) can be ordered as an option.

This connection fitting (Tost p/n 075830) is in aluminium, with standard screwing JIC04 .

It is also the case for the winglet bolt of the Discus, the Standard Cirrus, the Ventus-2a and the Ventus-2b.
