This washer is used for the tail ballast dump valve of most of the Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This washer is mainly used on the rear part of the horizontal tail fitting.

This copper seal ring is 10 x 14 x 1,5 , DIN 7603 Form A. 

It is used for the fuel line in the Arcus M and the Ventus-3M. 

It is also used for the brakes system Tost - Magura that you might have on the Discus-2b, -2c and Ventus-2c.

This slotted hexagonal-head nut, M8, DIN 14441 is copper plated  and is commonly used for rudder fixation.

Thesef felt rings measure 20x10 mm and are 3 mm thick. They are designed for 14 C6 bearings.

Please note that a thinner model (L07-0594) is used for 10 C6 bearings.

Thimble  2,5 mm galvanized.

It is 27 x 15 x 5 mm.

Nicopress-oval sleeve 1,5-2 mm, ref : NT281C-A or N° 28-1-C.

It is 10 x 6 x 4 mm.

This 6k-Screw is used for the elevator drive U-bracket.

These roll pins are used to secure the aileron.

DIN 1481 / ISO 8752

Roll pin DIN 1481 / ISO 8752 stainless.

They are (mainly) used to in trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL and Nimbus-4DL.

There is two models : On gliders produced after April 2015, you will probably need the 2 x 16 mm model. For the older glider you will need to use the 2x14 mm roll pins. Please have a look in your glider to confirm which models you need.

 

Safety washers Form S available in M6 and M8.

These washers are used, among other things, to secure the rear part of the horizontal tail fitting and the elevator drive U-bracket.

Nicopress-Stop sleeve 1,5-1,7mm, NTS011C (round).

It is 5 x 5 x 5 mm.

This O-ring  Ø32 x Ø3 is used for the water dump valve of several gliders:

• the Duo Discus x and xL,
• all the Arcus,
• some Discus-2c (the system has been upgraded in 2005),
• the Ventus-2cx and the Ventus-2cxa for the inner wing dump system not the outer wing.

Nicopress-Stop sleeve 2,5 mm, NTG282G-100.

It is 10 x 9 x 6 mm.

This handle is made of plastic. It is 75 mm long and its diameter is 25 mm.

It is used for the airbrake handle of almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This rubber washer ensures the sealing of the tail ballast of most of the Schempp-Hirth gliders.
It is advisable to replace it every 4-6 years to avoid water leaks.

This bold is 6h11x28 mm, DIN 1434 / ISO 22341 and galvanized.

It is at the level of the pilot stick both front and back in the Duo Discus and the Nimbus-4D. With time, it can get rusty. 

It is sold here with its splint: 1,6 x 16, DIN 94 / ISO 1234 galvanized.

This deep groove ball bearing (6804-2RS, 20E1, DIN 625) is 20 mm inner diameter, 32 mm outer dimeter, 7 mm width, with seals on both sides. 

It is used for the rear part of the horizontal tailplane fitting (item B40-0824), serving as a bearing support for the airbrake drive shaft.

Thimble  3,5 mm galvanized.

It is 32 x 17 x 6 mm.

This handle is used for the landing gear grip of all moderne single seaters (except Ventus-3). It is also the flap grip for the first Arcus and for the Ventus b and c. For those two latest,  it must be adapted, by cutting a few centimeters of it.

It is 99 mm long and 24 mm at the largest.
