This tension spring is used to hold the flap handle in the correct position.

It was originally used on the Janus C, Nimbus-3D, and Nimbus-4D, and is located on the rear cockpit wall (back seat).

However, some gliders have been modified and now use a flat spring (Ref. B40-0297) mounted near the spar bridge.

The canopy window rail device including screws. The screws are in metal but as an option, you can order it in plastic.

These rails are made for the Mecaplex canopy. It is the only model currently available, but you may need to customise it a little if you have a Weis canopy.

This pilot stick handle is made by Air Ergo Leki for the Schempp-Hirth 19,3 mm diameter control sticks.

3 adaptors are provided for the  folowing settings: No SC, SC switch or SC button.

This adapter is necessary for the MH Oxygen bottle. 

Indeed the neck of these bottle is short and wide and, without the extension, the pressure gauge prevents the neck holder from being installed.

This fabric bag is placed around the pilot stick of the front seat of the double seaters. This model is not adapted for the Arcus edition 2020.

It is a safety feature, preventing things going inside the controls. If it get old or damaged you can replace it.

It is sold without frame.

This is the handle for the trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL and Nimbus-4DL.

The roll pins are included. 

Please note the pin roll can be bought separatly (see suggested product). If your glider is older than April 2015, you need to use the 2x14 mm roll pins instead of 2x16 mm.

It is 146 mm long and the screw holes are spaced 50 and 69 mm apart respectively.

It is 135 mm long and the screw holes are spaced 50 and 68 mm apart respectively. The space between the first and the last step is 90 mm. Please look carefully at the drawing to make sure that it is really the part you need.

This bracket is designed for the battery holders installed on the rear side of the front pilot seat, close to the aft pilot’s leg area.

This support is used on a fuselage side, to fixe the rear headrest. 

It is composed of the headrest holder, the locking plate, the 7.2mm bolt and the part that connect to the fuselage.

Polyflex-hose is 1004 CK and it is 1080mm.

This oxygen bottle holder is suitable for a majority of gliders equiped with a turbo or a motor.

Please choose which holder you need according to your Oxygen-bottle diameter.  It is possible to adjust the holder at +/- 2 mm.

In single-seaters, one of the screws of the support is often above the spar bridge, where the wall is relatively thin. It is therefore often necessary to add the washer B40-2218 (see suggested products).

This threaded rod is M8 and 186mm long.
