This butterfly nut is M10 (DIN 315) and it is used to secure the cockpit weights in all Schempp-Hirth single seaters (except the Ventus-3), the Nimbus, the Janus and some of the first Duo Discus.

This safety pin (or Fokker pin) is 1,5 mm and it is used to secure the cockpit weight in Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This O-ring  Ø32 x Ø3 is used for the water dump valve of several gliders:

• the Duo Discus x and xL,
• all the Arcus,
• some Discus-2c (the system has been upgraded in 2005),
• the Ventus-2cx and the Ventus-2cxa for the inner wing dump system not the outer wing.

This set of gasket can replace the on the main brake cylinder form 6 or 7. It is very likely that this type of cylinder is installed in the Duo Discus (but not in the x or xL), some Nimbus-4(D), as well as in some retrofitted Nimbus and Janus.

It do not work with the rectangular brake cylinder installed on some gliders (Ref: B40-1014). 

This knurled nut M10 DIN 467 is used to secure the cockpit weights of all the Ventus-3, the Arcus and some Duo Discus (xL).

It is sold with the safety pin (L01-0142)

This coupling is used for the fuel line going to the wing tank of the Ventus-3M and the Arcus M.

Please make sure you are entitled and have the skills to change that part. It should be secured with Loctite 577.

Please note: The coupling for the vent line is different. 

This stopper is used for the propellor of the Ventus-3M and the Arcus M edition 2020.

Its stopnut is included.

This is the castle nut is used for the main landing gear of all the Duo Discus and Arcus.

It is 8 mm, M14 x 1,5 DIN 937.

This lid is used for the cooler of all the Ventus-3M (Solo 2625-01i and 2625-01i neo) and all the Arcus M (Solo 2625-02i) after 2018 but not for the other version. 

Please note that if the radiator of your glider is not black, you might need a different lid. Please contact Spare Parts.

This item will allow you to replace the wing fuel tank of your Ventus-2cM and Ventus-2cxM.

 

This pin is 40 mm long, conforms to DIN 1434 / ISO 22341, has a small head, and does not have an eye.

It is used for the aileron bearing of several gliders, including the Discus-2, Ventus-2, Ventus-3, all Duo Discus and Arcus. Various types of axles and pins are used for each ailerons, so please make sure to carefully check which ones you need.

This threaded rod is M8 and 186mm long.

It is use for the trim of the Duo Discus, Duo Discus xL, Arcus, Nimbus-4D and Nimbus-4DL. The system on the Arcus edition 2020 is different.

This bold is 6h11x28 mm, DIN 1434 / ISO 22341 and galvanized.

It is at the level of the pilot stick both front and back in the Duo Discus and the Nimbus-4D. With time, it can get rusty. 

It is sold here with its splint: 1,6 x 16, DIN 94 / ISO 1234 galvanized.

This washer is  16 x 2 x 5,5 mm and it is used for the tail wheel. 

These replacement springs are specifically designed for use with the BWS Flexiwiper system. Each set is sold as a matched pair, for the left and right Flexiwiper unit.

Important compatibility note:
These springs are not compatible with the Ventus-3 or Arcus edition 2020 Garagewipers models. 

This retrieval Line Dyneema is coated and talc-powdered.

The deflection pulley is used to eliminate friction from the Bowden cables (in mosquito cleaner systems) in the event of major directional changes of the cable to enable lower manual force/power consumption and faster cleaning.
