This rubber boot ensures the sealing of the tail ballast of most of the Schempp-Hirth gliders.
It is advisable to replace it every 2-3 years to avoid water leaks.

This rubber washer ensures the sealing of the tail ballast of most of the Schempp-Hirth gliders.
It is advisable to replace it every 4-6 years to avoid water leaks.

This washer is used for the tail ballast dump valve of most of the Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This handle is made of plastic. It is 75 mm long and its diameter is 25 mm.

It is used for the airbrake handle of almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders.

This handle is used for the landing gear grip of all moderne single seaters (except Ventus-3). It is also the flap grip for the first Arcus and for the Ventus b and c. For those two latest,  it must be adapted, by cutting a few centimeters of it.

It is 99 mm long and 24 mm at the largest.

This plate in grey PVC is used as a guide for all single-seater landing gear (except for the Ventus-3).

Its length is 220 x 24 mm and there is no hole. Adjust it to your glider.

This kit contains all  you need to replace the pedal adjustment mechanism, including the instructions.

It is made for the Ventus b, Ventus c, Ventus-2, Discus, Discus-2, Nimbus-4, Duo Discus and the Arcus. 

On the Nimbus-4, the Ventus, the Discus and the Duo Discus the mecanisme included a spring. It is now replace by a gummi band. With this kit, you can upgrade the old sytem to the newest one.

This pilot stick handle is made by Air Ergo Leki for the Schempp-Hirth 19,3 mm diameter control sticks.

3 adaptors are provided for the  folowing settings: No SC, SC switch or SC button.

This l'Hotellier ball end is used for gliders with manual control hookups.

For some gliders, including the Cirrus, you need a washer and a locknut. They are included in the package.

The EASA Form 1 is included when needed.

This drive funnel is used on almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders except the Nimbus-4 and the Ventus-3.

Two lock nuts M 6-8, DIN 985 and a lock nut M6 TRELOC, DIN 439 are included. However, your glider has a specific set of distance washer that are not provided. Please before disassemble the funnel make sure you know which washer go where.

On the Ventus-2 and Discus-2c, you may also need a set of screws that can be baught as an option.

This system is used for the Ventus-2 and the Discus-2 which are using the 5" Cleveland wheel from TOST and with a “Magura” cylinder brake.

This connection fitting (Tost p/n 075830) is in aluminium, with standard screwing JIC04 .

This system is used for the Ventus-2c, Discus-2b and Duo Discus which are using the 5" Classic wheel from TOST with a Magura cylinder brake.

This screw is used for the Ventus-2c with a 5" Classic wheels from TOST and a Magura cylinder brake.

It is 25 mm long and the head size is 14 mm.

This hose is 2200 mm long.

It is used for the Duo Discus x und xL as well as the first Arcus which are using the 5" Classic wheels from TOST with a Magura cylinder brake.

Please note, this cable is not compatible with the first-generation Duo Discus or the Arcus edition 2020, which are equipped, respectively, with master cylinder model 7 / brakes 30-9 and the BZT2 TOST brake system.

This gaz strut is 210N and it is used for the landing gear on the Arcus and Duo Discus XL. 

Important: It is not adapted for Beringer wheels.

Two models exist. The pivot ball was first associated with a M5 screw, before beeing replace by a M6 screw in 2015. Please measure the diameter of the screw on the part that you are currently using, and order the same.

An assembly jig for the tension pneumatic spring can be added as an option. If you don't have one, we advise you to buy it.

This steel bushing, 8x1x7 mm without hole, is used for rudder cables.

They are sold individually.

The screw (05018 LN 9037, Ref L01-0005), washer (M05 DIN 125, Ref L01-0228) and lock nut (M 5-8, DIN 985 vz, Ref L01-0703) are provided.

The EASA form one is included.

This bowden cable is 5,3 x 4,4 x 3,0 mm. It can also be referred to as 5.51.0000.022.

It is sold by the meter and includes 2 cable end caps.

This cable is often used for the wheel brake systems. Please refer to your maintenance manual for the type of cable you need and how to make the connections.

L'hotellier connector for gliders with manual control hookups.

It is sold by the unit.

These roll pins are used to secure the aileron.

This is the handle for the trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL and Nimbus-4DL.

The roll pins are included. 

Please note the pin roll can be bought separatly (see suggested product). If your glider is older than April 2015, you need to use the 2x14 mm roll pins instead of 2x16 mm.

 

This spring is used for the trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL, Nimbus-4DL and all the Discus from the Discus a to the Discus-2c.

It is 25mm lage and the legs are 40mm long. The central part is 12,5mm.

Some glider need roll pins. They are not included but they can be baught individaly (see the suggested products). 

Roll pin DIN 1481 / ISO 8752 stainless.

They are (mainly) used to in trim of the Arcus, Duo Discus XL and Nimbus-4DL.

There is two models : On gliders produced after April 2015, you will probably need the 2 x 16 mm model. For the older glider you will need to use the 2x14 mm roll pins. Please have a look in your glider to confirm which models you need.

 

Rod end bearing with a 14c6 head and M8 x 58 length body.

Safety washers Form S available in M6 and M8.

These washers are used, among other things, to secure the rear part of the horizontal tail fitting and the elevator drive U-bracket.

This flexible rubber boot is 63 x 39x 39 mm with a 10 mm and a 25 mm opening.

It is surrounding the ballast rod on the wing root of the Discus b, Ventus-2 (SN < 561), Discus-2a and Discus-2b (SN< 234) which have been produced before June 2009. However, some of these gliders might have been retrofitted with the newer system. You can see on the suggested product the other bellow.

It is used for the ballast system of the Nimbus-3, -3D, -4 and -4D. For the Nimbus, the bellow may need to be adapted by cutting the larger end.

It is also used as a sealing around the brake line when crossing the wheel box in all single seaters.

 

These brake lining (Tost p/n 075865) are used on brake assembly 30-9.

It can be mounted to 4′′, 5′′ and 6′′ disk brake wheels of the series Penta, Tria and Classic and on the original Cleveland brakes- wheel system.

Different system has been used and several TN have been approved. Please look carefully to your brakes and order similar brake pad.
