This is the Schempp-Hirth tailwheel, with lead.
This wheel is used in almost all gliders except for the steerable wheel of the Ventus-2cM, Quintus, Arcus M and Ventus-3 Performance. Thanks to removable lead, it can weigh 2,6 or 3,6 kg.
Another model, without lead, black and weighting 0,930 kg is available. Please, order the model that is already on your glider or do a new weight and balance measurement.
