This 2.80/2.50-4 tire is used for the front wheel of the Janus, Duo Discus, and Arcus.

Previously, a 3" tire (D 3.00-4 IND IC35 4PR) was used, but that model has been discontinued. This tire serves as a suitable replacement.

Optional Spindle Drive Modification for Maintenance & Production according to TN A532-12

Our spindle drive system, responsible for extending and retracting the power plant, is designed with rubber-mounted suspension for optimal vibration isolation. This optional modification increases reliability.

Within the scope of maintenance and manufacture, it is also permissible to replace only the front, fuselage-side suspension (Action 1) or only the rubber mount of the rear, propeller arm-side suspension (Action 2).

• Kit 1: Front Suspension: Integrated within the fuselage
• Kit 2: Rear Suspension: Mounted on the propeller arm

This system is used for the Ventus-2 and the Discus-2 which are using the 5" Cleveland wheel from TOST and with a “Magura” cylinder brake.

Polyflex-hose is 1004 CK and it is 1080mm.

This 150N gas strut is used for the Mini-Nimbus airbreaks.

 

Thees oxygen bottle holders are suitable for a majority of pure Schempp-Hirth gliders.

Please choose which holder you need according to the diameter of your Oxygen-bottle.  It is possible to adjust the holder at +/- 2mm.

In single-seaters, one of the screws of the holder is often above the spar bridge, where the wall is relatively thin. It is therefore often necessary to add the washer B40-2218 (see suggested products).

This part is used for the Discus bM, the Ventus-2cM, the Ventus-3M, the Nimbus-4DM and the Arcus M.

This 200N gas strut is in the airbrake box. It connects the airbrake rod to the actuating lever of the trailing edge flap for the Duo Discus X and xL as well as the Nimbus-3D, -4 and -4D.

An older version used a gas spring from the company Hahn, you can use this one instead.

This microphone is adapted for radio with dynamic input.

It is delivered with the nut and the safety lock.

You can add the Schempp-Hirth microphone mounting as an option.

This part can be adapted to fit the Duo Discus, Duo Discus X, Duo Discus XL, as well as the Arcus, Arcus Edition 2020, and Nimbus-4D.

It measures approximately 147 mm in width and 157 mm in length.

Please note that the part is sold in an untrimmed form, so you will need to cut it to ensure a proper fit for your glider.

This proximity switch (ref  IX02 0815) is used for the automatic propeller brake in the Arcus M. 

It is not addapted to the Arcus M edition 2020.

This position sensor is sold as a unit (you might need two of them) and the FUT plug is included.

 

This bracket is designed for the battery holders installed on the rear side of the front pilot seat, close to the aft pilot’s leg area.

This sensor is used in the Solo 2625 01 and 2625 02 to measure the water temperature.

The sensor used on the Arcus M and Ventus-3M (Solo 2625 01i and 02i) is different. You can find it on the suggested products.

This air filter RC-1060 (Solo ref: 25 00 845) is used for the 2625-02i.

It used to be rectangular but the shape changed. You can use this model instead of the square ones.

This rubber element is use for the engine mount of the Arcus M, the Ventus-3M, Ventus-2cM, the Ventus-2cxM, the Nimbus-4M and the Nimbus-4DM.

Its old reference is VW 431407181D.

 

This kit includes a wide selection of spacer washers for tail wheel axle, measuring 16 x 2 mm with widths ranging from 1.5 to 6 mm. It is particularly useful if you plan to switch from a classic tailwheel to a mini version. Compatible with most gliders, except for the Arcus M, Ventus-3M, and Cirrus.

These brake linings (Tost P/N 080949) are designed for the BZT2 brake assembly installed after 2017 with a thread M10x1. It is not compatible with the model with a thread NPT See drawing.

The BZT2 system is compatible with 5″ and 6″ disc brake wheels from the Penta and Classic series. It is commonly installed on the Ventus-3 and Arcus edition 2020 models.

Please note that different braking systems have been used over time, and several Technical Notices (TN) have been approved. Carefully inspect your brakes before ordering to ensure you select the correct brake pad.

The kit contains the cable (diameter 3,2 mm), 2 nicopress-oval sleeves, 2 thimbles and some silicone tube. One side is already assembled.

It can be use for the Ventus-2cM, Ventus-3M, the Nimbus-4M and -4DM and the Arcus M.
