Safety harness Schroth
The seat belts SCHROTH 4-point restraint features the proven and ergonomic SCHROTH rotary actuator. It is light and comfortable, ideal for long flights.
We are selling online only the blue SCHROTH harness but it is available in dark red and black. In addition, Schempp-Hirth gliders can also be equipped with safety harness from Gadringer. If you wish to buy on of these models, please contact the Schempp-Hirth Spare Part.

Wingtip wheel, Lindner System, for Duo Discus and Discus-2c
The Lindner system offers a great compromise between aerodynamic and ease of handling on the ground.
This wingtip wheel is designed for the Duo Discus and the Discus-2c. To install these wheels, your glider need to have the adapted fixation system.
The support, with the wheel, is 211 X 60 x 100 mm and has two holes for screws, that are 165 mm apart.
It is sold by the unit and the screws are included.

Wingtip complet wheel, Lindner System, for Ventus-2c
This wingtip wheel is made for the Ventus-2c.
This system is aerodynamic and compact (212 x 95 x 59 mm). In addition it is weighting only 200 g.
It is sold by the unit.
You can to fix it with screws that are included. Look at look wing tip, the holes are 165 mm apart.

Horizontal tailplane fitting, rear part
This item is part of the horizontal tailplane fixation back system of all the modern Schempp-Hirth gliders.
Please note that the first gliders with that system (like the first Nimbus-2b) as well as the Discus CS have been equipped with a slightly different models. If you are not sure of which model you need, please contact Schempp-Hirth Spare Part.
To change this part you may also need screws and washers that can be added as an option.

This bell crank is used on Discus b, Discus c, Discus-2a, -2b, -2c, Ventus b, Ventus c and Ventus-2a, -2b, -2c.
You may need to change them according to the TN 349-43.
You can buy the screws and bolts needed to change the part as an option. This option is currently un available but will be back within a few weeks.

From wing root to wing tip: The patented joint system adapts to the profile of the glider type during the cleaning process.

The BWS Flexiwiper can be retrofitted to almost any glider. For all Schempp-Hirth gliders, the retrival line is routed below the wing. Only this option is available in this shop. Before ordering for another type of glider, you have to consider whether the retrieval line is routed above or below the wing.
The package includes:
- 1 left and 1 right bug wiper inclusive fialments.
- 2 x tilt bracket to fit the fuselage.
- Installation manual.
