Hint:
If you are a registered user and are logged into our website, you won't need to fill in your personal data into the spare parts order form – the form will be already filled with your personal data and you will only need to add details of your spare parts request.

Refund policy
If you would like to return an item to us, please fill out the refund form and include it in your parcel.
You can return almost all purchased items within 14 days. Personalized items, are excluded from this.
The purchase price will be refunded if the product is returned in its entirety (with an intact seal, if one was provided and with all accessories, if supplied with the product).
If the item you received was damaged or not as described, we will also refund the cost of the return.
However, please do not accept a damaged parcel from the delivery service. We do not refund items that have been damaged on delivery
