We are increasing the number of parts that you can find online but with more than 12 500 references used in our gliders over the years, you might need to contact directly Schempp-Hirth Spare Parts team using this form.

We are sorry but 1 order = 1 shipping. It is made automatically.
So in this case, it is definitely easier to arrange between you and your club to make just one order and one payment.
I would like to pay by bank transfer
We are working on the option to pay by invoice, but it is not ready yet, so we currently only offer payment via Paypal
It is a much more comprehensive solution that you may think. Using PayPal, you don’t need to create an account if you don’t use this service normally. Paypal offers you to log as a Guest, then you can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
We know this option is not available in every country but you or your club could also consider having a PayPal account. It is really handy and you can add money on this account using bank transfers.

My VAT number is not recognized by the shop
Please enter your VAT number without space. E.g.: AA123456789
The VAT number that you are entering is compared “live” to the VIE database. We are making sure the name, as well as the invoice address, are the same that the one published in this database. The country in which the order will be deliver must also be the same than the country who issued the VAT number.

I did not receive the confirmation email
A confirmation email is sent to you within 10 minutes of your order. If you didn’t receive it, please check on the spam quarantine area of your mailbox.
If it is not there, please be sure the payment went through: Check your bank account if the transaction was confirmed.
If you have used a Paypal account, you can also check easily if the order was really paid. Sometimes, when you have just created a Paypal account, first ever transaction order is not paid. This is a Paypal failure. You will need to order again.
If the money have been transfer and you don’t have any email, even in your spam, please contact shop(at)schempp-hirth.com. We will track your request for parts and check our accounts to solve your issue.
I got a tracking number but when I click on it, there is no information.
The tracking reference is generated automatically when you are ordering. The courier will have the full data only when the parcel will be picked up by the shipping service company. Wait a few days and you must be able to see all the tracking data.
I just realized that I order the wrong part.
As for all parts that you are buying online, you can change your mind. If you already receive the parts, please complete the Return Form. If parts are returned as not used and bags not opened, we will charge you only the shipping cost. Why my “EASA Form 1” shows a number of spare part different than the one I ordered?
Many Form 1 are linked to a batch of Spare-part. Your spare-part have been certified at the same time than a batch. It is normal and your Form 1 is valid.
I cannot find the “EASA Form 1” with my order?
Some spare parts are coming with a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and not an EASA Form 1. This Certificate of conformity is linked to your invoice where a star highlights the items covered by it.
If your item needs an EASA Form 1, and not a CoC, and you cannot find it. Please contact shop(at)schempp-hirth.com as soon as possible with your order number and the reference of the item which has a missing Form 1.
