Bearing bracket for elevator bell crank

This item is used to fix the elevator bell crank to the fuselage on almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders.
Screws and washers are provided.

Description
This item is delivered with:
- 2x hexagon screw 06020, LN 9037 (Ref L01-0010)
- 2x washer disc 6.4, ISO 7093-1 galvanized (Ref L01-0108)
- 2x lock nut M6-8, DIN 985, galvanized (Ref L01-0129)
This item is used in all modern Schempp-Hirth gliders.
This part is essential and not simple to change. As for all parts we sell online, you need to ensure that the person performing the replacement is entitled to do so and has the skills required.

Elevator U-bracket
This item is part of the elevator control and horizontal tailplane fixation back system of all the modern Schempp-Hirth gliders. Please note that the first gliders with that system (like the first Nimbus-2b) as well as the Discus CS have been equipped with a slightly different models. If you are not sure of which model you need, please contact Schempp-Hirth Spare Part.
When you remove the previous U-bracket, keep the screws! If they are not damaged, we advise you to use them again. However, we are providing new lock washers.
If you also need the screws, the reference are: 2x 6k screws 06036 LN 9037 and 4x 6k screws M06x18 - 8.8 DIN933 / ISO 4017 (See suggested products).

Single seater horiz. tailplane sealing for all Discus-2, Ventus-2 and the Ventus-3 performance
This sealing is critical to limit the ageing of the horizontal tailplane fixation mechanisms. We advise you to renew it every couple of years.
The form is 94,98 x 370,00 mm. It is designed for the Discus, Ventus-2c and Ventus-3 Performance. It may also be possible to adapt it for older gliders. If you prefer, you can make the form yourself using a Tesa Foam roll.

Double seater horiz. tailplane sealing
This sealing is critical to limit the ageing of the horizontal tailplane fixation mechanisms. We advise you to renew it every couple of years.
The form is 98,80 x 435,00 mm. It is designed for the Duo Discus and the Arcus horizontal tailplanes. It may also be possible to adapt it for older gliders. If you prefer, you can make the form yourself from a Tesa Foam roll.
