This Mylarband, also named Hostaphanband or Profilband, is pre-curved and used for control surface sealing.

It is available in 3 different widths: 22, 25 and 30 mm. They are often refered as "Profilband 22mm / 0.19 mm strongly vaulted (vorgewölbt)",  "Profilband 25 mm / 0.19 mm gewölbt" and "Profilband 30mm / 0.19 mm stark vorgewölbt".

A roll contains 15 meters of tape.

This part is used for the notching of the flaps of the Ventus-2b.

It is 135 mm long and the screw holes are spaced 50 and 69 mm apart respectively.

This rubber boot is surrounding the water ballast control rod to avoid the water leaking through. It is used in several Schempp-Hirth gliders including the Nimbus-2, Ventus, Ventus-2c, Discus-2c, Duo Discus and the Arcus.

It is 125 x 22 x 22 mm with a 7 mm and a 16 mm opening.

This perspex disc is made for Arcus, all Duo Discus, Ventus-3, Discus-2b, -2c, Discus b and cs.

However, some gliders have more than one perspex disc and they can be different. Please look at the diameter and model you need.

Its diameter is 78,3 mm and the central hole is 5 mm.

This turbulator band (or Noppenband) is 10 mm large. The dimples are 0,85 mm high and they are distanced by 16 mm.

The canopy window rail device including screws. The screws are in metal but as an option, you can order it in plastic.

These rails are made for the Mecaplex canopy. It is the only model currently available, but you may need to customise it a little if you have a Weis canopy.

 

This sealing lid is for the Arcus edition 2020.
