The visible part of the pin is 38,5 mm long with a 14 mm diameter. The inner part is 35 mm long and has a diameter of 40 mm.

It is used on the wing roots front part of the Discus, Discus-2, Ventus, Ventus-2c and Ventus-3S.

Some slightly older gliders, such as the Discus b, use this part for both the front and the back. Others will have a longer pin at the back. You can find it in the suggested product list. Please check carefully which version your glider uses.

The visible part of the peg is 78,5 mm long and has a diameter of 18 mm. The inner part is 42 mm long and has a diameter of 40 mm.

It is used on the wing roots back part of the Nimbus-3D, the Nimbus-4D, the Duo Discus and the Arcus. It is not adapted for the Janus.

 

The visible part of the pin is 48 mm long and has a diameter of 18 mm. The inner part is 42 mm long and has a diameter of 40 mm.

It is used on the wing roots front part of the double seaters as well as for the front and rear roots of the Janus.

This drive funnel is used on almost all Schempp-Hirth gliders except the Nimbus-4 and the Ventus-3.

Two lock nuts M 6-8, DIN 985 and a lock nut M6 TRELOC, DIN 439 are included. However, your glider has a specific set of distance washer that are not provided. Please before disassemble the funnel make sure you know which washer go where.

On the Ventus-2 and Discus-2c, you may also need a set of screws that can be baught as an option.

These washers are used to adapt the distance of the wing to the fuselage. The kit contains eight 0,5 mm thick washers and four 0,8 mm thick washers.

They fit a 18 mm wing bolt. That includes the front and back bolts at the wing root of the double seaters.

These washers internal diameter is 17,8 mm. They are a bit smaller than the pin in order to stay in place when installed.

 

These washers are used to adapt the distance of the wing to the fuselage. The kit contains eight 0,5 mm thick washers and four 0,8 mm thick washers.

They fit a 14 mm wing bolt. That includes the front and back bolts at the wing root of almost all the single seaters as well as the wing extention bolt of the Discus-2c, Ventus-2c and Ventus-3 and some winglet bolts.

These washers internal diameter is 13,8 mm. They are a bit smaller than the pin in order to stay in place when installed.

These springs are used for the water dump system on the Mini-Nimbus, Duo Discus, Ventus-2c and Ventus 3.

It is 99,5 mm long and the diameter of the coiled is 15 mm. The steel wire diameter is 1,5 mm.

This skid is 194 x 47 x 37 mm and is used for all Duo Discus.

Double face tape is already fixed on the skid to make it easy to instal.

This skid is 164 x 48 x 36 mm is used for the Discus-2a, -2b and 2-c.
